HAROLD DOUGLAS DENTON

MIDDLESEX - Harold Douglas Denton, 85, passed away Saturday, March 30, 2024. Funeral services will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday, April 3 at Joyner's Funeral Home, Wilson. Interment will be private.

The family will receive friends Wednesday evening immediately following the service at Joyner's Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson and other times at the home.

Harold is survived by his sons, Greg Denton and wife, Deborah, Scottie Denton and wife, Cathy, Robbie Denton and wife, Patricia all of Middlesex, and Stephen Denton and wife, Robin of Bailey; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; sisters, Louise Sanders of Spring Hope, and Mildred "Millie" Vick of Smithfield, and his brother, Kenneth Denton and wife, Jeanine of Spring Hope; many nieces, nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Diane Griffin Denton; parents, C.C. and Bertha Denton, and his brother, John L. Denton.
