Jean Joyner Jones, 72, passed away February 26, 2024. She was born January 4, 1952 to the late Grover and Daisy Joyner. She is also preceded in death by her first husband Rev. Woody Jones and son Dwain Jones.

Jean is survived her husband of two years, Alvin Poland; son, Chris Jones and wife Tasha; three grandchildren.

The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, February 29, 2024 at Cornerstone Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Braziel officiating. The visitation will be held at 1 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will follow in the Williams-Flood Family Cemetery, Sharpsburg. Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
