Agnes Jeanette Webb Robbins

Elm City - Agnes Jeanette Webb Robbins, 92, passed away Saturday, February 24, 2024. She was born in Edgecombe County on October 14, 1931 to James W. and Mamie Edwards Webb. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Hilliard Robbins and siblings, Gladys Webb, Cleo Reason, Dixie Moore, Glenda Whitley, and Francis Webb.

She is survived by her children, Elaine Robbins Hatch (Freddie) of The Woodlands, TX, Delance Robbins Gill (fiancé, Robbie Jones) of Elm City, and Marty Ray Robbins (Connie) of Elm City; brother, Ralph Webb (Lila) of Wilson; 2 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews, and her church family from Webbs Chapel Baptist Church.

A service will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, March 2, 2024 at Webbs Chapel Baptist Church, 2771 Webbs Chapel Rd., Macclesfield. Burial will follow at Evergreen Memorial Park, Wilson. The family will receive friends prior to the service, beginning at 1 p.m., and other times at the home.

Floral tributes are welcomed or those wishing to make a memorial donation are asked to consider Webbs Chapel Baptist Church, P.O. Box 336, Macclesfield, NC 27852.
