BATTLEBORO - Sharron Gold Lewis, age 68, passed away on Monday, January 29, 2024. Born in Nash County on March 13, 1955, she was the daughter of the late Truman O'Neal Skipper and Hellen Smith Skipper.

Sharron is survived by her husband of 32 years, Hector Lewis; her daughter, Meggan Gold Lewis; two grandchildren; her brothers, Stuart Skipper and wife, Carla, and O'Neal Skipper and wife, Ann; a nephew and two nieces.

A service will be held on Saturday, February 3, 2024, at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home & Cremation Services. Visitation with the family will follow the service until 4 p.m. in the Atrium of Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home. Flowers are welcome.
