MAX "DARRYL" GARNER

NASHVILLE - Max "Darryl" Garner, age 71, passed away on Sunday, October 15, 2023. Born in Halifax County on May 15, 1952, he was the son of the late Max Linwood Garner and Elizabeth Cooke Garner.

Darryl is survived by his wife, Gayle Adkins Garner; his daughter, Brandy Mcleod; his step-daughters, Elizabeth Keeter and Susan Everette and husband, Grant; 8 grandchildren; his brother, Carl Garner and wife, Sue; his sisters, Joanie Garner Ferguson and husband, Donald, and Mary Jane Garner Clay and husband, Jimmy; and many nieces and nephews.

A private gathering of family and friends will be held at a later date.
