Frances Drake Raynor, 85, passed away August 29, 2023. She was born May 18, 1938 to the late Clarence and Minnie Drake. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Joe Raynor; daughter Pamela Raynor Ellis; granddaughter Jessica Ellis Boyd; sister Evelyn Tyson, Margaret Jones and a brother C. B. Drake. She loved her family and talking to her customers at Oak Level Café.

She is survived by her grandchildren Justin Ellis and Jade Garris (Cody); nine great grandchildren; son-in-law David Ellis: sisters Peggy Cruz (Floyd) and Linda Thomas (Ronald).

The funeral service was held September 1, 2023 at Cornerstone Funeral Home with Ronald Thomas officiating.
