BETTY "CAROL" SPAIN JORDAN

Betty "Carol" Spain Jordan, 79, passed away Wednesday, May 31, 2023. She was born June 25, 1943 in Nash County. She is preceded in death by her father, Lantis Franklin Spain.

She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Norman Larry Jordan; son Joseph "Joe" Scott Jordan and wife Vonne; three grandchildren; daughter Norma Jordan Irwin and husband Michael; mother of 101 years, Nettie Mae Spain; brother Ronald L. Spain and wife Brenda; sister Debbie Spain Sullivan and husband Marshall; several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles; and many extended family members and friends.

Memorial service with family and friends at Cornerstone Funeral Home will be held Sunday, June 4, 2023 at 2 p.m. with Pastor Wayne Sullivan officiating. Visitation with family will follow the memorial service.

In-lieu of flowers, the family request that you send donations to: The Service League of Greenville Inpatient Hospice, 920 Wellness Drive, Greenville, NC 27834. They provided great service and comfort through their care for the family.
