Barbara Ann Highsmith Baines, 68, passed away Wednesday, May 17, 2023. She was born August 30, 1954 to the late Rudolph and Julia Phillips Highsmith. In addition to her parents she was preceded in by her husband, Timothy Baines.

She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Thurman (Gary Equils); brother, Boo (Amanda); sister, Margaret Joyner; long-life friend, Pat Boeck (Joe); four grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren and one on the way.
