Mary Elizabeth Rhodes, 98, passed away on Saturday, April 22, 2023.
A visitation will be held at Cornerstone Funeral Home in Nashville at 1 p.m. on Wednesday April 26, 2023. A funeral service will follow at 2 p.m., led by Reverend Phillip Hare.
Mary is survived by her three children, daughter Louise Joyner and husband Lancy Joyner of Elm City, daughter Judy Land of Nashville and son Terry Rhodes, Sr. of Spring Hope; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband John Ed Rhodes, her parents Johnny and Bessy Jones, brother Alton Leroy Jones, sister Virginia Deans, and sister Dorothy Mercer. |
