Susan Louella Jones, 71, passed away Thursday, February 16, 2023. She was born November 7, 1951 in Nash County to the late William and Mary Alice Jordan Worrell. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by brothers, Wayne and Stephen Worrell; daughter, Jennifer Barnes.

She is survived by her husband Grafton Jones; daughters, Angela Perry (Chris) and Pamela Chapman (Ed Garris); adopted daughter, Tracy Whaley; brother, John Worrell (Linda); five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

A visitation with family and friends will be Wednesday, February 22, 2023 from 6:00-6:45 p.m. at Cornerstone Funeral Home with a memorial service to follow at 7 p.m.
