Ruby Elaine Windley, 85, (Carawan), passed away on Friday, January 13, 2023.
Elaine is survived by three children: Linwood "Woody" Windley (Kate), Lance Windley (Jennifer), and Jacqueline "Jackie" Johnson (Steve); seven grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.
She was predeceased by Jack Windley, her husband of 50 years; daughter, Peggy Denise "Sissy" Windley; granddaughter, Seren Virginia Windley; and sisters, Peggy Joyce Walker and Molly Wayne Hollon.
A Memorial Service is scheduled for 2 p.m. on January 21, 2023, at Gethsemane Baptist Church, 7430 Seven Bridges Road Whitakers, NC 27891. Following the service, guests are invited to join the family for a gathering in the Fellowship Hall of the church. |
