Beulah Mae Faulkner Matthews, 94, passed away Friday, January 13, 2023. She was born November 19, 1928 in Franklin County to the late William Thomas and Mary Smith Faulkner. In addition to her parents Beulah was preceded in death by husband Horace Matthews, and daughter, Marilyn Taylor House.

Survivors include her son, Kenneth Wayne Taylor, daughters Connie Taylor Smith (Mike) and Judy Taylor; sister, Janet Faulkner Phillips (Jake); nine grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, seven great-great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and her loving best friend and care giver, Marion Rich.

A graveside service with family and friends was held on Tuesday, January 17, 2023 officiated by her grandson Ken Hill at Matthews Family Cemetery.
