NASHVILLE - Jerry Wayne Stancil, age 77, passed away December 8, 2022. She was born on September 16, 1945 in Nash County to Emmitt and Arlette Stancil. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, James Lee "Jimmie" Walker.
She is survived by her sister Betty Jane Stancil Walker of Nashville; two nieces; one nephew; two great-nieces; one great-nephew.
A service was held Sunday, December 11, 2022 at Proctor's Chapel Baptist Church, Rocky Mount1. Interment took place on Monday, December 12, 2022 at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
