NASHVILLE - Funeral services for Edward Ellis, age 72, who died on Monday, November 14, 2022, will be held on Friday, November 18, 2022 at 1 p.m. from the Social Union Baptist Church in Nashville. Burial will follow in the Oakland Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Glenda Ellis of the home; three sons, Edward Dewayne Ellis and Corey Donta Ellis (Kim), both of Nashville, Travis Durand Ellis of the home; one sister, Toynetta Birch of Rocky Mount; one brother, Roland Ellis of Nashville; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Viewing will be Friday morning from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Social Union Baptist Church in Nashville.
