Michael Seth Pearce, 79, passed away October 26, 2022. He was born in Halifax County to the late Harvey and Virginia Pearce. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his daughter Tammy Pearce; grandson Shane Pearce; brother Harvey Pearce Jr.; great grandson Brandon Pearce.

Michael is survived by his wife of 61 years, Lois Pearce; sons Michael Scott Pearce (Kimberly), Timothy Clay Pearce (Cathy); daughter Wanda Powell (Barrett); five grandchildren; three great grandchildren; brothers Willard Pearce, Bobby Pearce; sister Ann New; several nieces and nephew.

A funeral service was held October 30, 2022 at Cornerstone Funeral Home.
