Joanie Nichole Brown, 43, formerly of Bailey, passed away July 21, 2022. A funeral service was held Sunday, July 24, 2022. Interment followed in Bailey Town Cemetery.

Joanie is survived by her sons, Zack Watson (Kim) and Dylan Womble of Bailey; parents, Joseph and Joyce Brown of Bailey; brothers, Nickey Brown and Kenneth Brown (Kim) of Bailey; significant other, Anthony Ellis of Zebulon.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Johnny Wayne Brown; maternal grandparents, John and Laura Beard and her paternal grandparents, Jim and Velma Brown.
