MARJORIE "MARGIE" JOYNER BONE

ROCKY MOUNT - Marjorie "Margie" Joyner Bone, age 88, passed away on Saturday, May 14, 2022. Born in Nash County on April 2, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Lonnie Freeman Joyner and Ollie Joyner. She was also preceded in death by her husband, William "Billy" Ralph Bone; her sister, Eunice Joyner Robbins; and her brothers, Charlie "Lee" Joyner, Atlas Joyner, Aaron Joyner, Clarence Joyner, George Joyner, and William "Gorham" Joyner.

Margie is survived by her sister, Genevieve Joyner Pridgen of Rocky Mount; her brother, Bobby "Warnell" Joyner of Rocky Mount; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 17, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at Forest Hills Cemetery in Nashville. A visitation with the family will follow the service at the graveside.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Margie's memory to Sandy Cross United Methodist Church, 3725 Sandy Cross Road, Nashville, NC 27856.
