NASHVILLE - Vickie Jean Ezzell, age 69, passed away on Friday, March 18, 2022. Born in Nash County on September 3, 1952. She was the daughter of the late Lemuel Gray Strickland and Margie May Strickland. She was preceded in death by husband, Steven Washington Ezzell; and one grandson, Hunter Gray Ezzell.

Vickie is survived by her son Stephen Brent Ezzell and wife, Megan, two grandchildren; brother Lemuel "Dink" Gray Strickland, Jr. and wife Emily; brother Bobby Ray Strickland and wife Sandy; sister Margie Gray Strickland and husband Ron; one niece; a great niece and great nephew.

A visitation will be held Thursday, March 24, from 4-6 p.m. at Cornerstone Funeral Home, Nashville.
