Sybil Lee Joyner Heaton, 67, passed away Monday, December 20, 2021. She was born in Edgecombe County February 27, 1954.
Sybil was preceded in death by her father, William Henry Joyner; daughter, Melissa Patrick and sister, Evelyn Price.
She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Dan Heaton; daughters Lillian Heaton (Walter Williams, Jr.), Tabitha Joyner (Robbie), Tanya Brown (Grant); eight grandchildren; one great grandchild; her sister, Kim Long.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, December 23, 2021 at 2 p.m. at Cornerstone Funeral Home. The family will receive friends following the service. |
