DORIS JOYNER MACHADO

Doris Joyner Machado, 95, passed away November 23, 2021. She was born August 12, 1926 to the late Samuel and Mallie Joyner. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband's Warren Joyner and George Machado; sister Elsie Rhodes; brothers Alvin (Pansy), Eugene, Dan and Sammy Joyner.

She is survived by her sons Joey Joyner and Tony Joyner (Carolyn); daughters Dottie Lapre (Paul) and June Joyner; four randchildren; one great grandchildt; sisters-in-law Daisy and Susan Joyner; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, November 29, 2021 at Nashville Baptist Church. The visitation will be held at 10 am prior to the service at the church. Burial will follow the service at Forest Hill Cemetery. Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to the church.
