Melvin "Shine" Wayne Bishop, born on October 6, 1946, passed away November 12, 2021.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Margie Kropp Bishop and two sons, Michael W. Bishop, Sr. (Barbara) and Mark D. Bishop (Misty); five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; brother-in-law, Donald Kropp and sisters-in-law, Carol K. Medlin and Linda K. Floyd as well as a very special cousin/brother, Charles Rowland.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Redick and Katherine Bishop.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at 2 p.m. at Living Faith Fellowship with visitation from 1-2 p.m.
