Joe D. Young, 80, passed away Saturday September 18, 2021. He was born October 27, 1940 in Cooper, KY to the late Herbert Young and Elea Young.

Joe is survived by his wife Virginia L. Young; step daughter Cynthia L. LaRue (Wayne) of Itasca, TX; five grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; brother Mark Young (Marilyn); sisters Ann Tanner and Wanda Young. He is proceeded in death by his parents; step son Richard A. Bishop; brother John Young; sister Doris Dyer and brother-in-laws Sam Dyer and Bill Tanner.

A memorial service will be held Sunday, September 26, 2021 at 2 p.m. at Cornerstone Funeral Home.
