Janet Faye Hadnott Briley, 63, passed away July 6, 2021. She was born in Nash County August 20, 1957 to the late Larry Hadnott and Lillian Joyner Crumpler.

In addition to her parents Janet was preceded in death by her husband, William Briley and brothers Timmy and Dennis Hadnott.

She is survived by her special friend of 21 years, Dencil Sanders; son Joseph Thompson (Fiancé Caitlin); brothers Bennie Hadnott, Sonny Hadnott (Linda); sister Sandra Patterson; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, July 10, 2021 at 2 p.m. at Cornerstone Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
