Doris Loye Crumpton, 82, passed away on June 7, 2021. She was born in Guilford County on July 10, 1938 to the late Ashley and Lessie Loye. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Reuben Mead Crumpton, and her brother Jack Loye.

Doris is survived by her two daughters Robin Williams and husband Mickey and Ann Bray and husband Sammy; son RM Crumpton and wife Cynthia; sister Gaynelle Apple; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.

The family will honor her wishes with a private graveside service at the Nunn/Apple Family Cemetery.
