NASH COUNTY - Robert Page Yarborough, son of the late Mary and Robert Yarborough, was born on October 29, 1947 in Nash County. He passed away Saturday, September 20, 2008 at his home.
He was married to the late Joan Brown. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, one brother, Jeff Mitchell; two sisters, Evelyn Yarborough and Ernestine Yarborough Pettiford.
Survivors include: one daughter, Nedrick Paige Yarborough of Wilson, NC; one son, Robert S.D. Yarborough of Spring Hope; two sisters, Maetta (John) Jones of Temple Hills, MD and Shelia (Roger) Foster of Spring Hope; one brother, James Yarborough of Newport News, VA; three grandchildren; one sister-in-law, Patty Mitchell of Louisburg; sixteen nieces; and eight nephews.
