ROCKY MOUNT - Herbert “Frankie” Walters, Jr., 48, passed away September 16, 2008. He was born December 31, 1959 in Nash County.
He is survied by his wife, Cindy Williams Walters of the home; one daughter, Lauren Danielle Walters of the home; one son, Jordan Franklin Walters of the home; parents, Frank and Wilma Walters of Rocky Mount; maternal grandmother, Olivia Nelms of Rocky Mount; one brother, Michael Walters of Rocky Mount, and very special friends and neighbors.
The family received friends from 1 to 2 pm Friday, September 19, 2008 at Johnson funerals and Cremations on Sunset Avenue. The funeral service was held at 2 pm following the visitation in the Chapel. Burial followed at Williams Family Cemetery on Floods Store Road. Arrangements are by Johnson Funeral and Cremations, 1912 Sunset Avenue, Rocky Mount, NC 27804.
