BAILEY - Penelope "Penny" Dew Jackson, 78, died Thursday, January 21, 2021.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Dennis and Nannie Brantley Dew; sister, Gloria Morris (Ted); brother, Ben Dew (Nancy); brothers-in-law, Bobby Lee Finch and Harlow Fowler.
She is survived by her husband of 44 years, William "Bill" Jackson; daughter, Olivia Denise Parnell (Robert, Jr.) of Wilson; sisters, Patricia Finch of Bailey and Nancy Fowler of Apex; brother, Bobby Dew (Shirley) of Bailey.
