ELLEN WOOTEN LANGLEY

ROCKY MOUNT - Ellen Wooten Langley passed away Sunday, January 17, 2021. Born in Nash County on September 10, 1953, she was the daughter of the late William S. Wooten and Elma Harrell Wooten.

She is survived by her husband of 25 years, Gene Langley; her sons, Jason Williams of Smithfield and Gene Langley II and wife Tasha, of Rocky Mount; five grandchildren; her twin brother, Allen Wooten and wife, Tina, of Tarboro; her mother-in-law, Elizabeth P. Majors of Gasburg, VA.

Services will be held on Thursday, January 21, 2021 at 7 p.m. at Cornerstone Independent Baptist Church, Rocky Moun. A visitation will be from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. prior to the service in the Sanctuary of Cornerstone Independent Baptist Church and following the service.

The service will be streamed for those unable to attend at www.cornerstoneibc.com.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Ellen's memory to Cornerstone Independent Baptist Church, 1481 Beechwood Drive, Rocky Mount, NC 27803.
