HOLLISTER - Funeral services for Thomas O. Hedgpeth, age 95, who died on Thursday, January 14, 2021, will be held on Saturday, January 23, 2021 at 1 p.m. from the Richardson Funeral Home Chapel in Louisburg. Burial will follow in the Hedgpeth Family Cemetery in Hollister.

He is survived by his wife, Lelah Hedgpeth of the home; three daughters, Charis H. Blackwell (Algia) and Pamela Sweet-Richardson, both of Rocky Mount, Belinda H. Turner (Harvey) of Durham; three sons, Olival "Oliver" Hedgpeth of Virginia Beach, VA, Deral Hedgpeth (Gloria) of Hollister, C. Maurice Hedgpeth (Robbin) of Red Oak; two sisters, Charlene Holley of Hampton, VA, Sandra Cooper (Nathan) of Sharpsburg; six brothers, Verne Hedgpeth (Laurie) of Culpepper, VA, Leonard Hedgepeth (Gwendolyn) of Fayetteville, Calvin Hedgpeth (Genn) of York, PA, Quinton Hedgpeth (Linda) of Nashville, Donnell Hedgpeth (Gerri) of Hollister, Michael Hedgpeth (Bridget) of Raleigh; 21 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Friday evening from 5:00 until 6:00 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home.
