Steve Bennett, 74, passed away Sunday, January 16, 2021. He was born November 13, 1946 in Nash County to the late Fonto and Edna Harris Bennett. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death, by one day, by his wife Montia Eason Bennett, of 44 years.

He is survived by his daughters Tammy McPherson (Geoff), and Shannon Horne (Bryan); four grandchildren; sisters Brenda Turner (Gene) and Kathy Page (Allan); several nieces and nephews.
