Hilda June Whitley Wheeler, 75, passed away Wednesday, December 30, 2020. She was born in Nash County April 25, 1945 to the late Omus Whitley and Dorothy Creekmore Whitley. In addition to her parents, Hilda was preceded in death by her husband, Ronnie Wheeler and three brothers.

She is survived by son Wayne Wheeler; daughters Jennifer Bunn (Ricky), Lynn Finch (David); seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; brothers Randall Whitley (Kathy), Brent Whitley (Jane); sisters Sonya Stone (Wayne), Charlotte Sherron (Z.T.) and Amelia Phillips (Charles); brother-in-law, Howard Wheeler; sisters-in-law Martha Cooke and Verna Orders.

A graveside service was held Saturday, January 2, 2021 at Oakdale Cemetery.
