NASHVILLE - Joshua Lee “Josh “Foster, age 27, passed away on Thursday, July 31, 2008. Funeral services were held Sunday, August 3, 2008 from Union Hill Baptist Church. Burial followed in Oakland Cemetery.
Survivors include two daughters, Jaila Foster and Ja Nya Foster, both of Nashville; a step daughter, Dasja Speight, of Nashville; two sons, Joshua Foster Jr., of Sharpsburg, Joshon Foster, of Nashville; one step son, Khalid Speight, of Nashville; parents, George and Jacqueline Foster, of the home; one sister, Tonya Thorne, of Rocky Mount, one brother, Deon Morgan, of Nashville, and maternal grandmother, Louella Reaves, of Nashville.
Open visitation was held at Richardson Funeral Home in Nashville on Saturday, August 2, 2008 from 3:00 - 8:00 p.m.
