Judy Carol Turner, 71, passed away Thursday, February 28, 2019. She was born June 26, 1947 in Nash County to the late Emory and Annie Parker Bass. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Robert Joe Turner; brothers R.L., Simon, Joe, Luther Perry Bass and Hubert Parker ; sisters Tempie Lewis and Lucille Boykin; brother-law Larry Shearin.

She is survived by her son Kevin McGee; brother Sam Bass and wife Ruth; sisters Mildred Wester and Frances Shearin; and nieces.

Funeral service will be held Monday, March 4, 2019 at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Cornerstone Funeral Home with Rev. Brandon Dees and Rev. Matthew Manning officiating. Burial will follow at Peachtree Cemetery of Spring Hope.
