Ethel R. "JoBob" Whitehead, 92, died on Sunday, December 2, 2018.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 8, 2018 at 1 p.m. from the Union Hill Baptist Church in Nashville. Burial will follow in the Union Hill Church Cemetery.

She is survived by: four daughters, Theresa Silver and Linda Moore and her husband, Arvelle, both of Rocky Mount, Lillie Arrington and her husband, Ronnie and Jacqueline Whitehead and her husband, Tim Arrington, both of Nashville; four sons, Sonnie Whitehead and his wife, Ella, Dan Whitehead and his wife, Leah, Bruce Whitehead and his wife, Vernell and Alvin Whitehead and his wife, Josephine all of Nashville; five sisters, Pattie Arrington of Rocky Mount, Tabytha Wright of Norfolk, VA, Margaret Mills and her husband, Ryial and Doretha Richardson both of Spring Hope, and Louise Lynch of Nashville; 20 grandchildren; 35 great grandchildren and eight great great grandchildren.

Wake services will be Friday, December 7, 2018 from 5 until 7 p.m. at the Union Hill Baptist Church in Nashville.
