Phyllis Anne Flowers, 75, was born in Rocky Mount and passed away on March 27, 2018 in Melbourne, FL.

Phyllis is survived by her sister, Donna Ruffner of West Melbourne, FL and her nephew, Christopher Ruffner of Rockledge, FL.

She was predeceased by her husband, Gene Flowers and parents, Napoleon and Mildred Griffin.

Graveside service will be held Tuesday, April 2 3 p.m. at Forest Hill Cemetery.
