G. Milton Goff, age 90, of Rocky Mount, passed away on Thursday, May 18, 2017. Born in Edgecombe County on July 8, 1926, he was the son of the late George Ernest Goff and late Helen Powell Goff. He was also preceded in death by his wife of 30 years, Inez Privette Goff; and his brother, Elbert Maurice Goff.

He is survived by his brother, Julian P. Goff of Belhaven; four nieces; and numerous cousins.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 20, 2017 at 3 p.m. at Northside Community Church, 1660 Beaver Pond Road, Rocky Mount with the Rev. Mark Pridgen officiating. Burial will follow at Pineview Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM prior to the service.
