Women in Action of Red Oak Baptist Church met on Thursday, March 16. They enjoyed a spaghetti and salad supper together. Audrey Pearce shared the program. Everyone worked together to complete 58 Dolls on Mission! The dolls will be traveling later to Cambodia and will be given to the children at the orphanage. The group also plans to prepare and serve a meal at the Homeless Shelter in Rocky Mount.

The Baptist Men had their monthly breakfast on Sunday, March 19. They have been doing a wonderful ministry providing ramps to those in need in and around the community.

Youth Sunday was March 19 at Red Oak Baptist Church. Several youth taught Sunday School classes and then the Youth Choir sang during the morning worship service. Joshua Maze played piano for the prelude and Emily Wells and Rev. Nate James performed a selection on guitar. The youth also participated in the North American Missions presentation and the morning message, "Pray, Give, and Go", was shared by Rev. Nate James. Everyone did a great job!

Red Oak Baptist Church is currently collecting needed items for the Baptist Children's Homes of NC. Items are due no later than Sunday, April 16.

Another egg-citing week is coming at Red Oak Baptist Church! Festivities begin on Saturday, April 8 at 10:00 am with Eggstravaganza! This is a fun time to play egg games in the Family Life Center. Then on April 9-11 at 6:30 pm everyone is welcome to the Community Spring Revival. Services will be led by Rev. Billy Webb. The Watchman Quartet will perform on Wednesday, April 12 at 6:30 pm. The celebration of Easter begins with the Maundy Thursday service which will be held on April 13 at 7:00 pm. Come to the Easter Sunrise Service at 7:00 am with Red Oak United Methodist Church. Service will be held at the Family Life Center portico and breakfast will follow in the Family Life Center. The Easter Service will begin at 11:00 am. All services will be at the Family Life Center.
