Brian Scott Morris, 44, passed away Saturday, February 11, 2017. He was born in Nash County on November 23, 1972.

He is survived by his wife, Nichole Boone Morris; daughter, Lauren Grace Morris; father and step-mother, Tony and Lynn Morris; mother and step-father, Patsy and Lee Hunter, mother-in-law, Hilda R. Boone; grandmother, Christine J. Morris, along with several cousins and his many friends.

He is predeceased by his grandparents, Grace and Thad Sadler; grandfather, Dallas G. Morris Sr.; and father-in-law, Terry J. Boone.

The family will receive friends and relatives on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 from 2-4 p.m., followed by a memorial service at Cornerstone Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Edmondson officiating. A graveside service for family and close friends will be held on Thursday, February 16, 2017 at 11:23 a.m. at the Kenneth Lee Boone Family Cemetery.

Other visitation will be accepted at 6007 Redman Road, Rocky Mount.
