Annie Ruth Richardson, 83, of Rocky Mount, passed away on Friday, January 27, 2017.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 2, 2017 at 1 p.m. from the Greater Mt. Zion Holy Church in Nashville with Rev. Melvin Arrington officiating. Burial will follow in the Oakland Cemetery.
Survivors include two daughters, Regina Boddie, of Sharpsburg, Diane Smith, of Philadelphia, PA; one son, Len Richardson, of Raleigh; three sisters, Willie Mae Best, Bessie L. McKinnon and Dorothy Gray Ellis, all of Rocky Mount, two brothers, William Earl Ellis and Arthur Lee Ellis, of Rocky Mount and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
