GAIL HAMRICK BROWN

Gail Hamrick Brown, age 74, of Battleboro, passed away on Saturday, January 28, 2017. Born in Roberson County on April 12, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Garvis Hamrick and Ruth Hawkins Hamrick. She was also preceded in death by her husband, W. L. "Dee" Brown; son, Lee Brown; and daughter, Ann Brown.
She is survived by her daughters, Linda Boyd and Cathy Baker; and son, Tony Brown; 8 grandchildren; one grandson-in-law; 5 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at 11 a.m. in the Chapel of Wheeler and Woodlief Funeral Home & Cremation Services with Rev. Win McCullough officiating. Burial followed at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
