Lois Ilene Ezzelle, 70, passed away Saturday, November 19, 2016. She was born in Nash County to the late Emerson and Nona Patterson Griffin. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a son, Billy Ray Ezzelle; daughter, Teresa Ezzelle; brother, Wilbur Ezzelle and a sister, Shirley Pittman.
Lois is survived by her daughters, Betty Jo Cruz (Estevan), Diane Cashwell (Timmy) and Brenda Baker (Arthur); brothers, George and Robert Griffin; twin sister, Joyce Toler and sister, Kathleen Kennedy.; nine grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at Cornerstone Funeral Home with a visitation one hour prior to the service at 1 p.m. Burial will follow the service at Forest Hill Cemetery.
