Esther Pearl Williams, 72, of Bailey passed away Saturday, October 1, 2016. Her memorial service will be conducted at 7 p.m. Tuesday, October 4, at Joyner's Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson. The family will receive friends from 5:30 - 6:45 p.m. prior to the service and other times at the home. The Rev. Darrell Bowles will officiate.
She is survived by her husband, Lewis Williams of the home; her daughters, Beth Anna Liles and husband, Denny, and Stephanie Williams Hagwood and husband, Joe both of Bailey; her four grandchildren; sisters, Diane Horton and husband, David of Bailey, and Jean Turner and husband, Gene of Wilson.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Gaston and Hazel Williams; her brothers, Dock "D.T." Thomas Williams, and Gaston "Buster" Williams, III, and her nephew, Thomas "Snapper" Gaston Williams.
Flowers are welcome or memorials in Esther's memory can be given to Hornes United Methodist Church, 165 W Hornes Church Road, Wilson, North Carolina 27896.
