Patricia Hope Chappell Calleson, 81, of Durham, passed away on September 4, 2016. Born on July 4, 1935, Patricia was raised in Nash County. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clifton Lafayette Chappell and Catherine Lucas Chappell; sisters, Ellen C. Braswell and Jacquelyn C. Harper; and brother, Clifton MacArthur "Mack" Chappell.

She is survived by her daughters, Catherine Laura of Hillsborough, Susan Anne of Durham, and Donna Lynn of Hillsborough.

An informal memorial service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on September 23, 2016 at McMannen United Methodist Church in Durham.
