Minnie Hannah Downing, age 65 of Rocky Mount passed away on June 2, 2016.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 9, 2016 at 12 p.m. at Rock of Ages United Holy Church, Rocky Mount, with Rev. Reginald Silver, Presiding. Burial, Spring Hope Memorial Gardens. A wake will be held on Wednesday, June 8, 2016 from 7-8 p.m. at William Toney's Funeral Home, Spring Hope.

She is survived by her daughters, Tamara Shaw (Walter) of Shallotte, SC, Tiffany Ennis (Lamar) of Durham, Shaniqua Moore of Sharpsburg and Cynthia Harris of Rocky Mount; sister, Esther Hannah of Rocky Mount, brother, Joe Hannah of Rocky Mount; 9 grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.
