Annette Viverette Winstead, 85, passed away Saturday, June 4, 2016. She was born in Nash County to the late Ernest and Ethel Langley Viverette. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband, Norman Winstead.

Annette is survived by her son, Richard Winstead (Tresa Webb); two grandchildren; brother, Carlton Viverette (Molly); sister, Doris Holmes (Randolph Whitley) and a brother-in-law, Aaron Winstead.

A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, June 8, 2016 at Cornerstone Funeral Home with Rev. Mary Todd officiating. Visitation will be held at 3 p.m. prior to the service. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
