Archie Levy Driver

Archie Levy Driver, age 90, of Red Oak, passed away on Saturday, June 4, 2016. Born in Nash County, on April 17, 1926, he was the son of the late Lonnie David Driver and Tempie Bone Driver. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Driver; daughter, Margaret Pittman; brother, William David Driver, Sr.; and sisters, Lula Bell Boone, Margie Leonard, Annie Mae Griffin, Irene Fisher, and Kathleen Styers.

He is survived by his sister, Nellie Perry; brother, L. D. Driver; step-daughters, Debbie Livingston and Phylis Hatchel.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 8, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Red Oak Cemetery. The family will receive friends and relatives on Tuesday, June 7, 2016 from 7- 8:30 p.m. at Wheeler and Woodlief Funeral Home & Cremation Services and other times at the home of Nellie Perry, Red Oak Battleboro Road.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Diabetes Association, P. O. Box 11454, Alexandria, VA 22312.
