Adell Williams Medlin, 87, passed away Saturday, May 28. She was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, James Rawley Medlin, Parents Willie Williams and Emma Worrell Williams; brothers Webster Williams, Reynold Williams, Lester Ray Williams and sister Avis Williams.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Mack and Jo Ann Everette of Rocky Mount; daughter Joyce Marie Everette of Rocky Mount; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at St. Paul United Methodist Church, Rocky Mount, Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at 11 am with visitation to follow. Larry Wells and Ronnie Davis will be officiating.

In lieu of flowers the family would like donations to be given to Nash General Hospice.
