Daniel Wayne Whitley, 45, passed away Saturday, March 5, 2016. He was born December 8, 1970 in Nash County. He was preceded in death by his father, Jim Oliver Whitley.
Survivors include his mother, Arlene Harris Whitley; one son, Daniel Wayne Whitley II; one daughter, Danielle Whitley Madigan; two brothers, James Western Whitley and wife Linda, Bruce Oliver Whitley and wife Deborah; and four sisters, Jennifer Whitley Lindsey and husband John, Janet Whitley Jenkins, Claire Whitley Land and husband Timmy, Charlotte Whitley Davidson and husband Ray.
Visitation will be Friday, March 11, 2016 from 5:30 until 7 p.m. at Cornerstone Funeral Home of Nashville. Funeral service will follow at 7 p.m. in the Chapel of Cornerstone Funeral Home with Rev. Daniel Moss officiating.
