Elizabeth A. Alford, 88, of Middlesex passed away Friday, February 5, 2015.. Her funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, February 9, 2015 at Lee's Chapel Baptist Church. Interment will be in Hollywood Cemetery, Middlesex. The Rev. Joel Story will officiate. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 9:30 - 10:45 prior to the service at Lee's Chapel Baptist Church, 14518 Taylors Mill Road, Middlesex and other times at the home of Elizabeth A. Alford.

She is survived by her son, Danny Alford and wife, Susan of Middlesex; her daughter, Wanda Barbour and husband, Tony of Raleigh; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Norman Alford and sister, Virginia A. Massey.
