Ann Faye Pullen Reid, 85, passed away January 1, 2016. She was born January 2, 1930, in Whitakers to the late Jimmie and Ethel Pullen. She was preceded in death by her husband, James W. Reid, Jr. and her brother, John David Pullen.

She is survived by her son, James W. Reid, III (Jim), and wife Lisa; her daughter, Lori Reid Mizelle and husband Jeff; two grandchildren; one great grandchild; two step grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Monday, January 4, 2016 at Edgemont Baptist Church, Rocky Mount with Rev. Thayer Stamper officiating. Burial followed at Whitakers Cemetery.

Flowers are welcome, or memorials may be made in Ann's name to Edgemont Baptist Church, 1622 West Mount Drive, Rocky Mount, NC 27803.
